Yes. I had a sharp pain that started on the back of my shoulder over the weekend. Thought I might have slept on it wrong but hasn't gone away. It's been uncomfortable to sleep. Today my shoulder area and even my down my arm is slightly painful. Thought I might have just strained a muscle.
