Yes I had an operation anterior and posterior vaginal repair, sacrospinous hysteropexy, Miniarc suburethral sling, cystoscopy.Anterior and posterior vsaginal compartment repair by va Stress incontinebce, sling operation forwith or without Sacrospinouscolpopexy for management of upper vaginal Cystoscopy with arthroscopy, with or without urethral. On 21.1.2012. @ Westmead Private Hospital, my Gynaecologist did not come and visit me in Hospital ofter the operation, I was discharge on 25.1.2016. I am in terrible pain, I do not know quiet how to explain my devistating situation because I thought the Doctor was going to pin back my uterus do a retropubic sling. When I came out of the operation my right leg was totally num for 48 hours and my genital area has been totally changed. It is too excusiating for me to sit down and very painful for me to walk. Dr Imad Mahmoud receptionist rang my husban @ his work on his mobile to ask how I am. The receptionist said that she would ring me (Patient) at home and she did not do so. I do not want to say to mush more however all my genital fun bits have gone and I no longer have the Vagina I was born with and I am a 54 year old woman that has always had a good time, and now I am pretty sure that I am going to have to live off memories from now on because of this operation. I have been back to the medical center that referred me to Dr Imad Mahmoum Gynaecologist they state that Dr Mahmoud has not sent any correspondence to the practist regarding my operation even though I have been back to the Medical centre four times. The Doctors do not know what operation I have had so that are not able to help me so I am suffering by myself in a lot of pain and I do not Know who to do and where to get help.
