Yes I Had My Left Arm Suddenly Weaken And The

Yes I had my left arm suddenly weaken and the muscles became really sore and tired to where I had a problem lifting my arm. It happened 2 days ago, and only lasted for maybe an hour. What could this be? a stroke of some sort maybe? I'm kinda worried about it.
