Yes, I had some problems with leg cramps ocassionly at night. I am a CHF patient and take various drugs to sthrengthen my heart. I am on warfran as well. I was prescribed pramipexole .5mg for the leg cramps. While I don't seem to have as many leg cramp episodes I do seem to have a more consistent pain in both my legs all the time. I accidently ran out of my pramipexole script and have been off it for 3 days and I have noticed that the constant leg pain seems to be receding. Is it possible the pramipexole was not the right choice for the cramping and is actually causing me constant leg pain?
