Yes I Have A Burning Sensation On My Left Side

Yes I have a burning sensation on my left side it feels like my nerves are on fire it is located just under my breast . It does not feel like a pulled muscle or a lung problem it feels like it is right under my skim I also do not have a rash or any redness in the area. I have had shingles before I am wondering if you can get them more than once and is there a blood test to diagnose it.
