Yes, I Have A Flower Shaped Rash (one Spot) On

Yes, I have a flower shaped rash (one spot) on my elbow. It has grown over the last few months. Now a getting another one on my elbow beside the large one. It does not itch but it is red and it is risen. I showed it to my pharmacist today because I thought it was a fungus but the pharmacists told me I need to see a Dermatologist
because it was not a fungus. Any Idea what it could be?
