Yes, I Have A Important Question. Up Until 2 Years

Yes, I have a important question. Up until 2 years ago, I used to very rarely get sick (colds, bronchitis,etc) but once every 5 years, I was very hot natured, but now I get sick almost every month, I stay cold all the time. Now 2 years ago I had a bleeding stomach ulcer. I was vomiting blood and passing blood in my stool as well. I'm trying to figure out if my symptoms now have anything to do with it or if it could be something else like lupus or something?
