Yes, I Have A Lump On My Collar Bone. It

Yes, I have a lump on my collar bone. It is hard and it appeared suddenly. I had an x-ray and was told it is nothing. I now have developed two more - one at each wrist. I don't the the diagnosis of "it's nothing". Do you have any ideas and what type of doctor should I see? A friend suggested it might be a ganglion (sic) cyst???
