Yes, I Have Arthritis In My Feet, Back, Neck Pretty

Yes, I have arthritis in my feet, back, neck pretty much everywhere. I had knee surgery about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. during recovery I had fluid in my right lower leg. I also have planters fasciitis. Recently I have noticed fluid in both lower legs and ankles. I do exercise some and am healthy as a 61 yr old can be. Never had any heart issues. Had a cardio cath about 6 yrs. ago and was told clean as a whistle. Both knees have been bothering me and are painful. I eat healthy. What is going on?
