Yes, I have been having some issues with my pacemaker, high blood pressure and some rapid heart rate. I was told by my doctor to monitor the bd and heart rate. Last evening, I was on my way to a restaurant to eat and notice that I could not stay awake, I was very sleepy. I measured my heart rate and O2 level. It was 61 O2 level and heart rate was 121. I didn't have a bd pressure machine with me. This has been going on for over a month. My bd has been as high as 204/120. My heart md has changed some of my meds. What should I do?
