Yes I Have Been Having Stomach Problems That Have Moved

Yes I have been having stomach problems that have moved to the very top of my stomach and my chest and back hurt I feel bloated and full all the time unless I'm sitting up and I don't want to be having heart problems it's kinda scarey but no shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, vomiting and I'm going thru menopause go figure!
