Yes, I have been ill due to sinusitis/allergies, etc. No fever, just very tired. Taking Zyrtec, and Mucinex DM, and Omnaris. I can breath through my nose, but feels congested in my ears. I have felt this way since last Tuesday (7th day.) I have been feeling so weak and low energy - hard to walk a distance and have to sit down due to feeling faint. Also discomfort in ULQ. I have asthma, but my lungs feel clear. My other history is Crohns (in remission with cannabis/CBD oil), RA/OA, fibromyalgia, and very mild HBP. Daily meds are Benicarrt HTC, diclofenac, zyrtec. Thank you for your opinion!
I have started to worry that my feeling faint could be something else... like heart. ULQ discomfort feels like inflammation. I am 61 yo retired female.
