Yes, I have been told by several doctors at a local hospital that EVERYONE has MRSA on their skin ALL the time!! I tell them I strongly disagree (I am a lab technician with some education in bacteriology). I know that everyone has staphylococcus epidermis on their skin, and that some people have staphylococcus aureus on their skin and in their nostrils. Out of those people, some of the staphylococcus aureus happens to be methicillan resistant staphylococcus areus, correct?
