Yes I Have Been Treated For Ringworm On The Nape

Yes I have been treated for ringworm on the nape of my neck. I have been on medicine for two weeks and it's not going away. I lost a big spot of my hair. It doesn't seem to be going away. I also have been having ton of vagina itching and burning. The medicine I'm on for ringworm is what they put you on for a yeast infection. So shouldn't that be helping?its been two weeks almost three and no relief. They tested my thyroid and it's good. I missed my period in August. Lots going on. Can you help?
