Yes, I Have Been Vomiting Green Stuff For 2 Days

Yes, I have been vomiting green stuff for 2 days and I also have been watery diareah that is green also. But I have been constipated for the last 2 weeks and can't pop and when I do go it only a little bit. My stomach hurts constantly and can't eat or drink anything because of it. My family thinks my liver is plugged up. Could that be the reason I'm having all if this happen? Also I had my gallbladder removed last year in April.
