Yes, I Have Had Asore Throat And Cold For A

Yes, I have had asore throat and cold for a few weeks, am taking OTC type meds meds, ie: nasual salt wash, vicks, halls etc. It is better but now have developed a tanish fuzzy rash on my tongue that gets worse as the day progresses. The tongue becomes sensitive and the rash I'll call it is on both sides of my tongue. Thank you, any suggestions?
