Yes I Have Had Cfs And Mal Absorption Of The

Yes I have had cfs and mal absorption of the stomach for a few years. Immune system low and been under very unusual stress in last 12 months, actually more. Indigestion and shortness of breath. Not overweight at all. Tired that is CFS I figured. I am smart and try to do stuff. Unfortnutately I have smoked my way through all the stuff that happened, still is and way more than most people go through. I am nearly 56 years of age and had some alcohol to try and get through. Stupid but concerned. What should I do? as I am moving all the time at this point
