Yes I Have Had Right Lower Side Pain For A

Yes I have had right lower side pain for a couple of months. Not anything that I couldn't handle. Every once in awhile pain would be sharp stabbing pain with breathing in would make it worse. Well earlier today I had a severe pain in lower right side area. Front and back area with pains dwn my right leg. The pain hit me all of a sudden and almost put me to my knees. I have several medical conditions including degenerative disc disease and have had right knee replacement and have had DVT's. Have had green filter put in right groin area. I am and have been on pain medication for about 10 yrs. And they are not helping with this pain. I am also on 2 different muscle relaxers ammitryptaline neurotins and trazadone also on fluid medication. I take everything 4x a day except the fluid meds. Only take 1 a day. My pain meds I'm on are Percocet 10s and tramadol. As long as I'm sitting down the pain is not that bad but wen I go to stand up is when it's terrible pain. can u tell me what this might be? Or let me know if I need to go to ER. O and I also have several disc that is bulges and fibromyalgia I thought this was free. That's how y'all advertised. Free answers to your health questions!!??
