Yes I Have Lower Back Pain And I Have Had

Yes I have lower back pain and I have had it for about 6 months now and I notice I am getting swelling in my lower back/tailbone area I went to a orthopedic specialist and after they took x-rays they found I have a cyst in between my l3&l4 of my spine now they want me to go next week to get a cortisone shot in my back to see if it goes away but for now what do I do to alleviate the pain and swelling in that area
