Yes I Have Not Had A Period Since The Third

Yes I have not had a period since the third week of January and it is almost the end of February and I still have not gotten my period. I recently had a cold where I took medicine for that, about two months ago I took antibiotics for a bacterial allergy, I also have a history of fibroid and cysts that caused me to have two operations a few years ago. I were also told last year by a fertility specialist that I have less than one percent chance of conceiving because I have low ovarian reserve. Is it possible that I could be pregnant or because of my history something more serious going on and should I take a pregnancy test.
