Yes, I Have Pain In My Lower Pelvis Just About

Yes, I have pain in my lower pelvis just about my pubic bone. My doctor gave me an antibiotic for a uti but I've been on the medicine for 2 days and still have the pain. I mostly hurts when I stand and start walking and then goes away as I walk. It does not hurt when I sit. Is this a Muti or could it be something else? No fever, no cloudy urine no frequent urination
