Yes I Have This Cracks In The End Of My

Yes I have this cracks in the end of my fingers. Appear spontaneously and take days to heal. What causes those and what can I do to stop them. They get infected and hurt when you touch things when you use your fingers. I have tried to take omega 3 and vitamin c but it has not helped. Skins is hard and very dry.
