Yes, I Hope So. I Have Been Having Severe Pain

Yes, I hope so. I have been having severe Pain in my upper abdomen, it radiates across my back, I have bloating, gas and my stomach feels like it's starving, but when I eat it doesn't help, and sometimes makes it worse, I get hot and sweaty sometimes depending on how severe the pain gets. I have suffered from this of and on for most of my adult life, but these past few years in seems to be more frequent.
