Yes, I Recently Received An MRI Report Saying There Is

Yes, I recently received an MRI report saying there is " an ovoid well-circumscribed osseous
lesion in the posterior aspect of the left iliac bone measuring 18 mm in maximum dimension with a narrow
zone of transition, no surrounding edema, and is T1 hypointense and T2 hyperintense." Report read likely enchondroma. No other info was provided. I am 42. What are the chances that this represents a metastasis process or myeloma? Thank you.
