Yes I Recently Was In An Accident Where I Was

Yes I recently was in an accident where I was working and became extremely hot passed out and when I stood up I fell to one knee and I felt I died as I fell forward I went face forward into the rocks suffering a laceration on my head. I had a cat scan that showed signs of a stroke however I am under the impression by my research I may have both. I still have headaches, dizzy,some times blurred vision and I seem to be so much slower than I a have ever been. I also have extreme pain in my right shoulder down my arm. I find I do ok for several hours then I feel ill like the day of the incident lastly when I attempt to sleep I feel like that day of the incident not tired but ill.
