Yes. I think that I have either golfers elbow or tennis elbow. My right arm is affected. I can't pick up anything of any weight and it is hurting on the joint at the elbow. Mostly on the outside of the elbow. But my forearm hurts especially when I shake hands. I have tried ice. I had several injections Intl the joint this year.
Trying to figure out if cold or hot compresses are good and what type of antiflamortory medicine would be good.
