Yes I Trying To Find Out Why Under My Left

Yes I trying to find out why under my left arm pit is sore and when I breathe in , it hurts am. And also hurts when I am sitting . Kinda hurts when my bra is on my left under boob area ..bra puts pressure on it and it hurts so I move it....I don't remember straining that area but could have last few days. Thank you
