Yes I was just cleaning my husbands ear. It had a horrible smell it smelled sour yet fruity. I almost couldn't handle it. We have a magnifying glass and a lit wax stick to take out hard wax. Ok so I'll just out and say it. He had this fat cleanish looking fat worm thing in his ear. It was horrible.
