Yes , I Was Told That I Have A Tear

Yes , I was told that I have a tear in my Labrum and Rotator cuff also fluid between the joints. I got this with someone doing needle injections the wrong way , my question is the surgrey very painful ? I haven't had it yet because they still have to do the dye injections to see all the other injuries that I got.
