Yes I Went To A Rifle Range A Few Weeks

Yes I went to a rifle range a few weeks ago and my hearing has been greatly impaired since in my remaining good ear. I had acoustic neuroma and lost the hearing in the other year several years ago. Now I hear a sound like talking through a toilet paper tube when I or someone else is talking. Plus I sometimes hearing a clinking sound when I yah. I have a hard time understanding people when they talk.
