Yes, I Woke Up This Morning With What I Thought

Yes, I woke up this morning with what I thought was some kind of bug bites on my leg, bitt and arm. I put alcohol any some clotrimazole on them. Tonight the one on by butt has spread to cover almost my whole side and I have another one on my other arm. Should I take some Benadryl and I also just put some permethrin on all the bumbs. Please advise. Thanks I am also on Blood pressure meds
