Yes I"m 50 And Just Burped Out Smoked The Other

Yes I"m 50 and just burped out smoked the other day. No one kin my household smokes nor am I around smokers at all. I haven't had this happen since it happened 5 or 6 times in my early 20's. Then I was around second hand smoke and thought it could have been that or an exhaust leak from my car. It's not condensation this happened in high ninety degree weather days and it was inside my house. What's the cause? It's not powder from vitamin intake is it?
