Yes I'm Have Issues With A Abcess An I Have

Yes I'm have issues with a abcess an I have had surgery to drain in already twice and right now I'm on two different antibiotics and my throat is starting to swell again were the abcess had to be drained and its hot and hurts to touch it and swallow..I was told by my Denist that it won't go away unless I get my tooth out and well I'm have 4 wisdoms pulle at the same time so I have to wait till ending of January to get that done... So my question is if its swelling up again even with antibiotics (which it has before) do I go to the hospital or what because my whole right part of my jaw is so sore nothing helps the pain
