Yes I'm Having Cramps In My Upper Back...I Was Asleep

Yes I'm having cramps in my upper back...I was asleep but the cramp woke me up and I couldn't more..my husband help me sit up and put heating pad on it...its getting better but what should I really do..I've had 2 back surgery on my lower back both sides..scrap some bone on left fusion on right .the left side is the problem
