Yes, I'm having sharp grinding pain in my inner ear. It feels like bone or glass .it will settle and be fine for a little while and then I go to eat something, and that motion makes it feel like glass grinding. VERY painful. I've had no ear infections or trama. I've never experienced anything like this before. Thanks for any help. Lynn
