Yes. Moy Mom of 86 years has COPD. So she often has fluid build up. We took her to the hospital because she swelled up from her stomach to her feet, and was not urinating. Well the doctors says she has kidney failure and heart failure. She is now on dialysis and has returned home after 2 weeks of bein in the hospital. She has this red rash on her arms and shoulders that was not there before. could it be from the drugs used in the radiation, or should I take her back to the hospital immediately.
