Yes, My Dog, Bella, Is A Little Over A Year

Yes, My dog, Bella, is a little over a year old. She has been extremely gassy, gurgling belly and not eating much for the last couple days... not eating at all today. I know for sure she had two bowel movements this morning and has been urinating. She is a pit bull mix. Any ideas??
