Yes. My Father In Law Has Had A Fistula Operation

Yes. My father in law has had a fistula operation in his arm above the elbow ready for dialysis. He has been unwell since the operation and has some fluid swelling around the wrist and elbow and upper arm. He has been given antibiotics as,a precaution. However today he has become worse with severe pain around his shoulder neck and the top of the fistula arm. I can't see if the swelling has worsened as he can't move his arm due to the pain. Should we be concerned about complications?
