Yes, Please. I Have Had A Fever For A Month

Yes, Please. I have had a fever for a month and a half with chills and very achy joints (especially in the rib cage area and hips and legs). I also have been extremely exhausted too. I did have blood work done to test for Mono and strep. The strep test came back negative, but our CNP had them develop the culture further. This revealed staphylococcus areous. So, I have been on an antibiotic for almost 2 weeks, but the situation has not gotten better through these two weeks--in fact, the fever today and the achiness were extremely painful. What is the next move for me?
