Yes am 48yrs old 240 in weight 5"3 i have been having trouble with my knee hard to getup from sitting hard to sleep ,muscle behind knee are really tight swallowen on knee cap knee cap feels funny went to er they gave me something for inflammation but it worked alil bit but came back after I ran out of medicine Dr said I might have detreaction of the the joint really don't know what to do hope u can happy
