Yes Doctor Sir, I Extend My Arm Towards The Outwardly

Yes doctor sir, i extend my arm towards the outwardly position and my hand suddenly feels as if i were holding a car battery and oh boy can i tell you that it doesn't feel so great. I have plenty of money but little time on my hands.... it would be greatly appreciated and you'd be greatly compensated if you could help me from not getting carpel tunnel syndrome. I cant have this at such a young age, i am an entrepreneur in this life and have many great years ahead of me. I need to get married with a couple of women and have a few children to pass on my inheritance because then the government and banks keep all of my money because oh god, you bet your ass that my wife's aren't getting any of my money.
