Yes hello, I am 72 male in good health, but have recently (last 12 months or so) been having the following problem. I (maybe) eat something sweet, get bad cramps, have a huge big dump, nearly pass out, I have passed out, loose all strength, can barely stand or walk, lay down for a while, then feel fine again..
