Yes, hello, I have a small red bump on my upper arm - it is smaller than a dime, and doesn't hurt, itch or anything - I just noticed it a few days ago - before it turned into a bump and turned red though, it was just a small skin discoloration in that exact area and the same size. I'm a little concerned about it because my Dad had similar bumps on his face in the past and the doctor burned them off and said that they were skin cancers - so I wanted to see if anyone may know what this could be?
