Yes, Hello. I Have Had Psoriatic Arthritis For Over Six

Yes, hello. I have had psoriatic arthritis for over six years now, and my case falls much more on the pain end of the spectrum than the psoriasis end. I take Enbrel & methotrexate, and for the first 4 years took hydro codone, developed a tolerance, went to a pain clinic (which was a horrible experience) where they switched me to oxycodone with a muscle relaxer. I have developed tolerance now to the oxycodone. I need some pointers on what I can change to that will take care of my pain...the dosage I'm on right now is 40mg daily. Also, I wear a fentanyl patch, 50mcg he. My rheumatologist is afraid of anything more than this, I guess because of all the crackdowns on doctors who over prescribe. But that just doesn't help with my pain like it used to. Please help! Thanks so much, Jane H.
