Yes, Hi And Thank You... For The Last Couple Of

Yes, hi and thank you...
For the last couple of months my legs have felt very "heavy", like lead. It's tough to get up the stairs, getting harder to walk. My hips have begun to hurt, and now one of my knees is very swollen, with a large lump, or "knot" in the back of it. Hips down -- heavy, painful, and knee very swollen and painful. Yes, it all feels a little better after rest, but as soon as I am up and moving around it starts again.
I am female, Caucasian, age 55, moderate smoker, 5'9" tall and about 30 lbs overweight, and I do not get regular exercise. (I realize the smoking, excess weight and lack of exercise are bad things, but know you need the facts to make an accurate assessment).
Thank you for your thoughts.
