Yes I Have A A Spot On My Chin That

Yes i have a a spot on my chin that was white and hard. Two weeks ago I pushed on it and a string of white grey matter came out of it. Then it bled a little bit.i cleaned it with soap and water and applied witch hazel to the area with a cotton ball. Since then, the area has gotten harder under my skin and is getting bigger all the time. Do i need to have this area checked by a dr?
