Yes I Have Had Vaginal Discharge Since I Was 14

Yes i have had vaginal discharge since i was 14 i am now 18 but its constant it is 3 times a day everyday all day. it is white and kinda clear. gooey. I never can get comfortable or feel dry so im constantly all day everyday wearing pads and putting toilet paper in my underwear because of the extreme discomfort im having of being wet please help!
