Yes I Recently Had A Arotic Anyeusim Repair Done July

Yes i recently had a arotic anyeusim repair done july 1st. and it woke woke lots of a fib now. since operation i been hospitalized for A fib once with pneumonia. once before had pnuemonia since surgery. yesterday saw pacemaker tech she told me i'm got a constant case of upper A fib. im having trouble taking whole big breaths and chest hurts wondering if its bruising to to heart beating or could i have pneumonia for the 3 rd time/
