Yes Just Found Out I Have To Have My Aortic

Yes just found out I have to have my aortic valve replaced and I am very scared. I am a 68 year old female and I am scared of severe pain .when talking with the physician assistant she said they usually use iv Tylenol and hydrocodone which is Percocet .i do Not think that would be enough to help post op pain ,of course I will talk with the surgeon next week and get a post op pain plan but is this regime usually enough I have had 8 major surgeries in the past 9 years and always had a pca pump and that is what I'm going to ask for .your thoughts on this and pain control.
