Yes, My 3 Year Old Dog, Has A Red Spot

Yes, my 3 year old dog, has a red spot that's just developed on her upper lip. She is a mix, some jack Russell,some corgi, some lab, so she has a pretty long snout. It doesn't seem to be bothering her what so ever, I just don't know what it is. I've been putting peroxide on it occasionally, and hope that's ok, just not sure what to do. Do you have any idea what this might be?
